The
final step in the process of bringing Pan-Abode
Cedar logs to life takes place at our
re-manufacturing facility located on a 14 acres
site in Richmond BC. It is here that Pan-Abode
receives
4" x 6" rough cedar timbers from our primary
mill (Mill & Timber)
and transforms them into our signature double
tongue and groove milled logs. Our facility is
equipped with dry kilns as well as a
sophisticated planer mill. |

|
| |
| In addition to
manufacturing our unique Pan-abode logs, our facility
re-manufactures millions of board feet of dimension
cedar boards and timbers for our own primary mills and
for custom re-manufacturing. |
| |
| Upon receiving roughly
cut lumber our experienced personnel then dries, grades,
trims and planes the rough lumber into more exacting
dimension grade categories. We then prepare the various
cedar products for shipping and distribution for both
the domestic and international market place. The bulk of
the cedar products that are re-manufactured on site
originate from our totally integrated primary logging
and milling operations, but we also custom
re-manufacture for a varied list of clients. Pan-abode
Re-Manufacturing plays a pivotal role in the integrated
process of cedar lumber production. |
